lua5.1-policy-dev software package provides Lua 5.1 Debian policy - template and scripts, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install lua5.1-policy-dev
lua5.1-policy-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the lua5.1-policy-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep lua5.1-policy-dev *
You will get with lua5.1-policy-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
